Established in 1995 Metrojet is a sister company of the Peninsula Hotels and CLP. We are a leading management company and maintenance provider of business jets in the region. The company was awarded an Air Operator’s Certificate (FAA Part 121 equivalent) for over 15 years, providing the complete range of business aviation services including: aircraft acquisition and sales, comprehensive aircraft management, aircraft charter and aircraft maintenance service to our clients.
Metrojet’s maintenance department is currently a fully certified Repair Station with approvals from the Hong Kong CAD, the United States FAA and is fully authorized to carry out maintenance on aircraft registered in China, Macau, Taiwan, Malaysia, Bermuda, Canada, Isle of Man, and Cayman Islands. Metrojet is a full Authorized Gulfstream Warranty Repair Facility as well as an authorized Bombardier Aircraft Service Facility. Its Avionics and Airframe engineers have ratings on Gulfstream, Bombardier, Hawker Beechcraft, Falcon, Cessna Citation, Embraer, Boeing and Airbus aircraft as well as Eurocopter, MD, Bell, Sikorsky and Agusta helicopters.

Safety and Quality Supervisor (Air) (SQSA/CSQ-2012-001)
Job Description
Lead the Flight Data Analysis Programme (FDAP) through planning and implementation
Conduct operational safety/ quality investigation audits and inspections, formulate reports and coordinate follow up actions
Be responsible for Metrojet’s compliance in the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU-ETS)
Be proactive and advise on flight safety and quality trends to the Company to keep abreast of industry dynamics
Work with training department in flight safety training material preparation and delivery
Prepare and implement flight safety communications e.g. safety alerts and company safety magazine
Provide an independent oversight of Company policies and activities to maintain high quality of flight safety and flight operations
Maintain a close liaison with internal and external parties to ensure that flight safety and corporate quality issues are fully integrated with all aspects of Company activities
Deliver work packages for the continuous improvement of the Safety Management and Quality management systems
Carry out duties in the event of an aircraft accident or incident in accordance with the requirements of the Operations Manual / Emergency Response Plan
Perform flight safety and quality related tasks as directed by Director of Corporate Safety and Quality
Support the Department for the daily routine tasks or ad hoc project as assigned
Requirements
Tertiary education or above with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in commercial/business aviation
Current / Ex-Holder of ATPL (fixed wing) on commercial or business aviation aircraft type with a minimum of 6,000 hours
Experience in Flight Data Analysis, safety investigation and Safety and Quality Management
Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin with experience in writing of manuals and procedures preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
