Who Can Join NZALPA?

Membership in NZALPA is open to any person who is employed, or engaged to be employed, wholly or principally within New Zealand, or if their employer is incorporated or based in New Zealand, in the civil aviation industry as a pilot, flight instructor, or air traffic controller.  Individuals are eligible for membership whether they are employed on a part-time or full-time basis.

Joining NZALPA

Application forms can be downloaded here, and after completion should be mailed to NZALPA for processing.  Once the application has been accepted you will be sent a membership pack containing details of the organisation, its policies, and its membership benefits.

Annual membership fees are 1% (plus GST) of gross taxable income as a Pilot or Air Traffic Controller, plus 0.15% (no GST applicable) as a contribution to the Contingency Fund Trust.
