Mark Dignan is a lawyer who, before being admitted to the Bar, spent 15 years with Air NZ, working here and in London as an Inflight Service Director, Performance Development Manager and Flight Service Manager.

Before joining NZALPA's legal team, Mark worked with both the Flight Attendants and Related Services Association and the Engineering Printing and Manufacturing Union, focussing on aviation and work with Air New Zealand, most recently on the introduction of High Performance Engagement (HPE).
Mark is interested in anything to do with surfing, swimming, diving and the sea. He is married to his very patient wife Gina and they have three children.
