Negotiations update

Current and ongoing negotiations involving NZALPA are detailed below. For any queries related to negotiations, please email office@nzalpa.org.nz.

Air Freight – Advocate Joy Walpole-Leva’a 

At time of writing, we are waiting for a response to the finalised document from the company, and hope to have a document out for ratification soon.

 

Air Nelson and Mount Cook Single Regional Air New Zealand Collective Agreement Project (RANCAP)

Following a series of base and zoom meetings to discuss the proposed terms of settlement, the ratification ballot commenced on 18 September. The ballot will close at midday on 2 October.

 

Tasman Cargo – Advocate Adam Nicholson 

Bargaining has been initiated and the Bargaining Process Agreement nearly agreed. We are awaiting negotiation dates from the company.


Helicopters NZ – Advocate Adam Nicholson

Bargaining has been initiated and the Bargaining Process Agreement presented for company comment. We are also awaiting negotiation dates from the company.

 

Airways Flight Service – Advocate Adam Nicholson

NZALPA is about to initiate negotiations to vary the current collective agreement in order to extend its coverage to the Auckland Air-Ground members.
