Air Freight – Advocate Joy Walpole-Leva’a

The negotiating team is working on the draft document, and one more day of negotiations may be required to finalise details.

Air Nelson and Mount Cook Single Regional Air New Zealand Collective Agreement Project (RANCAP) – Advocate Mark Dignan

As advised in the last edition of Uplink, the RANCAP team is working on remuneration and rostering terms and conditions. Very little work remains to be done, but these last points require a level of attention equal to their significance.

Agreement has been reached on the activation and use of a Regional Seniority List and that Air New Zealand will be the employer of the pilots.

More meetings are scheduled for 25-28 July.

Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust (ARHT) – Advocate Joy Walpole Leva’a

The negotiating team is drafting the collective agreement and terms of settlement. The ratification process will follow in due course.

Tasman Cargo Airlines – Advocate Joy Walpole Leva’a

NZALPA has initiated bargaining with Tasman Cargo Airlines. Negotiation dates are being arranged.

Virgin Australia New Zealand (VANZ) – Advocate Adam Nicholson

The inaugural VANZ collective agreement was ratified on 18 June. Congratulations to our negotiators for all their hard work over a significant number of years.
