Whitelist NZALPA in Gmail
- First login to your Gmail account using your browser.
- Click on the cog icon in the top right corner to bring up the dropdown list and then choose “Settings”
- Select the Filters and Blocked Addresses option.
- Click on the “Create a new filter” link. It's right above the section for blocking email addresses.
- In that new window that pops up, type @nzalpa.org.nz in the From field.
- Click the link at the bottom right of the window “Create filter with this search >>”.
- Place a check in the box next to “Never send it to Spam”.
- Click “Create filter” to save the changes.
Whitelist NZALPA in Yahoo! Mail

First login to your Yahoo! Mail account using your browser.

Select Options | Mail Options.

Go to the Filters category.

Follow the Create or edit filters link.

Click Add.

Give the filter an appropriate name under Filter Name. For example – “NZALPA”

Make sure the first criterion reads “From header: contains”.

Type in “@nzalpa.org.nz”.

Select the desired destination folder (quite simply the Inbox, for example) under “Move the message to:”.

Click Add Filter.
Whitelist NZALPA in Outlook.com
- First login to your Outlook.com mail account using your browser.
- Select Settings .
- Then select view all Outlook settings at the bottom of the page.
- Then click on Junk email
- Then under Safe senders and domains click add.
- Enter @nzalpa.org.nz as the sender's email address.
Whitelist NZALPA in Spark / Xtra mail
- First login to your Spark / Xtra webmail using your browser
- Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner to bring up the dropdown list and then choose “Settings”
- Expand the “Email” option on the left pane and choose “Filter Rules”
- Click on the “ADD NEW RULE” box
- Give the rule an appropriate name under ‘Rule name’. For example – “NZALPA”
- Click “Add condition” and choose “Sender/From”
- Enter @nzalpa.org.nz in the empty box
- Click “Add action” and choose “Keep”
- Click the “SAVE” box
